Does ARMENTY ship internationally?

Yes, ARMENTY does ship internationally. We currently offer standard shipping internationally, price of shipping depends on your location. Shipping is free for orders over $50 AUD.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days however, we aim to ship your order straight away as soon as receiving it.

 

 Where can I see my tracking number for my order?

Once you have placed your order with ARMENTY, after your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via your email address. You can view your shipping process through the tracking number. To track your order, please head to ‘TRACK ORDER’ on our website.

 

What do I do if I made a mistake with my order after purchase?

Do not worry if you have made a mistake with your order, please email us straight away at info@armenty.com and we will make the relevant changes to your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order, please check your shipping progress using your tracking number provided to you for your order. Most orders should arrive within 13-30 business days. Please expect minor shipping delays with the carrier due to the Coronavirus pandemic. It is possible that your order could be held at customs or there could be issues with the shipping logistics. Please contact us at info@armenty.comand we will check the shipping progress for your order.

 

What duties apply when shipping internationally?

International orders may be subject to fees in order to receive your order. These fees will most likely be charged by your local government therefore, ARMENTY is not involved in these fees and we are not responsible for the payment of any fees arising from the purchase of our products.

  

Do I have to pay taxes, customs or duties on my order?

Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs or duties for their order which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by ARMENTY and thus cannot be refunded.

 

Where can I enter my discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can enter your discount code when you head to the checkout page. 

 

What steps does ARMENTY take to prevent credit card fraud?

No card information is ever saved at ARMENTY and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.

We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. ARMENTY does NOT keep credit card information on record.

Our trusted online payment partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.

 

When will my credit card be charged? 

Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.

Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. ARMENTY reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by email.

 

What currency will be used when I place my order?

All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) currency however, you may choose to change the currency on our website to what suits you best. All final checkouts are in AUD dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by ARMENTY. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

 

Can I refund my product if I change my mind? 

ARMENTY does not do refunds or returns for change of mind. Please consider your order before purchasing. 

 

My product came broken, what do I do?

At ARMENTY, we check all our products and ensure that they are of the highest quality before shipping. If your order arrives broken, we sincerely apologise. This will most likely be due to how the package was handled during shipping. Please head to our ‘REFUND POLICY’ page at the bottom of our website to see the steps on refunds and returns of our products.

 

Does ARMENTY accept PayPal for payment?

Yes, we accept PayPal for payment.

 

I think my package is lost or stolen. What do I do now?

ARMENTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe and secure place at your delivery address. Please contact the relevant shipping agency in relation to this.

 

Can I cancel my order?

ARMENTY order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologise but once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order before completing your orders.
