REFUND AND RETURNS STATEMENT

At ARMENTY, we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our products, our excellent customer service and our unrivalled customer satisfaction.

We offer simple, timely refunds if there are any issues with your purchase on arrival.

This Return and Warranty Policy page outlines the return process you should follow and our commitments to you in respect of purchases you have made via our website armenty.com.

  

RETURNS

If your item has defects or is broken, please contact us at info@armenty.com immediately and we will offer you the choice of exchanging or getting a refund if applicable.

Please state your name, order number, reason for your return and photos/videos (minimum two photos) to support your claim. Your claim cannot be processed without the photos/videos of your product. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in new condition (including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place).

 

We will only accept the return of products purchased from ARMENTY for an exchange or refund where:

  • The product being returned are received back to the warehouse within 28 days of their original dispatch date;
  • The goods are unused and in the exact condition as they were when received by you;
  • A completed return from accompanying the product along with proof of purchase detailing your name, order number, amount paid, reason for return and photo/video evidence (minimum two photos);
  • The product/s are returned in their original packaging (if applicable); and
  • Product made to a specific order may be only returned if they are not to the specification.

Please note that when the product is sent back for a refund, the buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind so please check the product description. It is the customers responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the imaged and specifications provided on the page for the product.

At this stage, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders with discounts/sales of 20% and above. This allows us to give you the best possible prices. Thank you for your understanding.

 

FAILURE TO RETURN PRODUCT PROPERLY

We may refuse acceptance of a return if the requirements details above are not complied with. If a return has been refused after it has been delivered to our warehouse, it is your responsibility to promptly rectify any requirement deficit. Where rectification of a return requirement is not possible, you must cover the costs of the products being resent to you. If return of the products is not accepted by us we will use reasonable efforts to notify you:

  • that the product you attempted to return are not accepted;
  • of the issue and reason for the product not being accepted;
  • that if the issue is not rectified, then the product are to be re-delivered to you at your cost; and
  • of how the delivery cost is to be paid.

If delivery payment is not received or the product is not re-delivered to you within six (6) months of our receipt of them then, we will deem the product to be uncollected and will action their resale or disposal in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 (Qld).

 

WARRANTY

All of our products at ARMENTY comes with 12 months warranty. If you believe that your product is defective or damaged after it has been received, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately at info@armenty.com. Someone from our customer support team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim if your product arrived damaged or broken. 

Our warranty ONLY covers for any defective parts due to poor workmanship. Any products that have been misused or damaged accidentally are not covered under warranty. We strongly recommend to keep our products in their sunglass bag or case, if applicable or somewhere safe from getting damaged.
